If you are like most people in Government or industry, your training happens primarily on the job. You find senior leaders to guide you and you ask a lot of questions. Over time, you build up the experience to tackle more challenging work. At some level, every job is like this. But this experience and guidance can get partitioned off by company or agency and the Young AFCEA DC chapter wants to open the dialog for leadership growth.
