AFCEA Washington, DC October Luncheon

Join AFCEA Washington, DC for a luncheon on Thursday, October 10, 2019. The topic of this luncheon will be The Evolution of DOD's Space Components.

Mission-Driven Transformation: The Evolution of DOD’s Space Components

The 2018 National Defense Strategy identifies space as a warfighting domain of vital national interests, and directs the Department to prioritize investments to ensure the resilience and operations of its space capabilities. DOD’s multi-faceted approach to the space domain reflects the way in which rapidly evolving mission requirements can drive transformation efforts forward, bringing both challenges and opportunities.

Our October luncheon will explore this dynamic environment and how DOD leaders are leveraging new technology, policy and management strategies to deliver new capabilities and respond to emerging threats.
