Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Update #3

July 1, 2020

AFCEA DC has been closely monitoring the developments of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our thoughts are with all of those who are currently impacted.

Although we were cautiously optimistic when we moved this event to August 12, it is paramount that we protect the safety of our audience, speakers and sponsors. We also want to be as inclusive as possible to our audience, and therefore will be hosting this event virtually on August 12 at 3:00pm EST.

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Update #2

March 25, 2020

AFCEA DC has been closely monitoring the developments of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our thoughts are with all of those who are currently impacted.

The state of Virginia has banned gatherings of 100 people or more for the foreseeable future. In addition to this, the DoD has issued a travel ban lasting until at least May 11.

Given these guidelines, and in an effort to protect the safety of our audience, speakers and sponsors we will be postponing the Military IT Leadership Awards Dinner. This event will now be held on August 12, 2020 at the Army Navy Country Club in Arlington, VA. We want to ensure that awardees will be able to travel to our event and be recognized for their achievements.

Please check back here for the most up to date information.

All existing registrations and sponsorships will be jonored for this new event date. All updates to event status will be immediately posted here on the event website and we will also be sure to stay in contact with you directly with any new updates.
