February U.S. Army Luncheon

For all the talk about data-driven decision-making—even data-driven agencies—we often fail to appreciate the full affect that data has on our daily operations. Yes, agencies are collecting an increasingly volume of data, and they are learning to leverage tools for data consolidation, integration and analysis to convert that data into information. That is all true.

But consider this: How are these new capabilities affecting the culture of our agencies? To what extent do these technologies foster a more cohesive and mission-ready workforce? More than any given technology, this intersection of data and culture is likely the most important factor in the success of data-driven decision-making in government.

Join us for the February luncheon as we hear from U.S. Army leadership as they share their perspectives on how culture and technology are connected as leaders focus on improving military readiness.
